Audited Supplier Wheat flour mill processing technology is consisting of precleaning, cleaning and conditioning, milling and sifting and packing. Pre-cleaning is key for an efficient and safe milling process. Before milling, grain will be processed by two times of cleanig and conditioning. The first cleaning section removes contaminants such as seeds, stones or metals. The grain is then conditioned and stored in tempering bins to reach the right moisture content. The second cleaning section removes kernel surface impurities and harmful substances. The finished products are either bagged or loaded in bulk.
