      This maize crusher is developed on the basis of hammer grinder. Through this model of crusher, the water-vapour conditioned intact maize can be decorticateed, degerminated and crushed. The crushing efficiency is improved so much that the power consumption for crushing each ton of maize is reduced by 20-30% than conventional maize crusher, as enhances the economic performance significantly. Moreover, it can perfectly break a whole maize into 4 to 6 pieces, of regular shape and intact germ. The crashing ratio of germs can be reduced down to less than 10%. With unbroken maize hulls, it facilitates the subsequent separating process of germs, bran and grits.
